How do we use your information?

We may use your information in the following ways:

• To deliver online coaching programs and coaching documents

• To respond to coaching applications and inqurieies 

• To contact you for a consultation call after completing an application

• To send out reminders, emails, and messages during seasonal challenges/programs and 1-on-1 coaching

Unsubscribing from future emails

At any time, you can unsubscribe from receiving future emails by following the link at the bottom of any email. You'll be removed from all correspondence.

Storage and use of client information

As a client of DeShaela Rivers, all of your information will be safely stored in the personal training app PTDistinction (it has its own privacy policy). Your information will not be viewed or shared with anyone else other than your coach, Shaela Latrice.

1-on-1 online coaching clients will use coaching apps throughout their program. Each of the apps have their own privacy policy.

When participating in seasonal programs and challenges or online coaching, all of your information will be safely stored in the PTDistinction app. (it has its own privacy policy). Your information will not be shared with anyone else without your consent.
